New Designs

I hope everyone is having a great week. We have been having crazy weather here in Houston. Yesterday we had flooding and today it is really beautiful. Who know what it will be like tomorrow?

It has been a while since the last post but I am back.

Here are a few new items for this week. Next week, I will be listing several vintage games sets. Those will include, Operation, Candyland, and Monolpoly.

Hi everyone. I just posted a slide show below with lots of sample clothing that I have left. If you are interested in anything, just email me and let me know. I will try to update it often. Also, I will be posting 10-12 more sample items in various sizes next week.
Please note that the pettislips in the pictures are not included in the price. If you are interested in purchasing a pettislip, just let me know. Some of you asked if I could get more and I have a few left, they are $20 and can be worn with all of your boutique items

Spring Dresses and Contest Winner

Here are a few new dresses for spring. These dresses are only available in limited sizes, so if you are interested in any of these, let me know and I will hold one for you. I am not sure how long I will be able to get them.

The petti slip is not included but I do have a lady that makes them pretty cheap. Just let me know if you need one. My daughter wears hers with everything, even her school skirts.

The winner of the March contest with Kinsey D. Kinsey is an 11 year old who has a little sister with some Stroke of Jean-yus designs. Her mom sent in an entry and she asked if she could as well. And, she beat her mom, LOL! Her design idea was peace, love and rock and roll. I can't wait to do this set for her. I will post pictures when I get it finished. Thanks to Kinsey and her mom!!!
Don't forget the April contest deadline entry is April 15th. All you have to do is send in a picture of your child wearing any spring or summer SOJ design. You will be entered one time for every picture you send for a custom canvas art picture for your child's room. This is an easy one.

SPRING IS HERE!!!

I hope everyone is enjoying these first weeks of spring. I know some of you are still experiencing bad weather, but hopefully you are starting to see signs of spring. It is alive and well here in Texas. I love all of the blue bonnets this time of year.

Stroke of Jean-Yus is now offering the option of in-home trunk shows. These are a great way to provide convenient shopping to family and friends as well as earn free boutique clothing and accessories.

Stroke of Jean-Yus offers custom boutique hand painted children’s clothing as well as boutique hair bows, wall and room art, shoes and children’s bags. Each and every item is handmade to customer specifications. The customer will chose all of the design elements to make their item one of a kind.

Being a hostess is simple. As a hostess, you will generate a list of friends, family, co-workers, etc to invite. We will provide invitations for you as well as ship you a trunk of sample clothing, order forms and design book and ready to ship items to include hair bows, flip flops, clothing, wall art and bags. The hostess will display the samples, complete order forms and mail them back to us. That’s it. The items will then be shipped directly to the customer.

As a hostess you will receive the following credits:

Hairbow .5 credit
Shoes .5 credit
Bags .5 credit
Wall Art 1 credit
One piece clothing 1 credit
Two piece clothing 2 credits

You will earn a $50 merchandise allowance for every 6 credits

Hostesses can also earn the following bonus credits:

You will receive a one time $50 merchandise credit for anyone who books their own trunk show.
Additional Bonus Credits:

Party Sales of $1,000-$1499 $50 bonus credit
Party Sales of $1500-19999 $75 bonus credit
Party Sales of $2000-2499 $100 bonus credit

You can also have friends and family who are unable to attend your party, purchase on line. A special link will be provided just for your party and any sales from this will be calculated in with your party totals.

What you will receive:

Invitations will be sent prior to your party at the time that the trunk show is booked.
